Just 24 hours ago, Keir Starmer was still Prime Minister, Rachel Reeves was still Chancellor and Wes Streeting was still in the political wilderness of the backbenches. A far from idyllic situation, but a calm one nonetheless. Fast forward to today, however, and Andy Burnham has seized the reins of Number 10.
