During an arraignment hearing Wednesday morning, LaBeouf pleaded guilty to three counts of simple battery. He received a suspended six-month sentence and two years of probation. In mid-February, during Mardi Gras in New Orleans, police were called to a disturbance on Royal Street where LaBeouf was allegedly becoming “increasingly aggressive,” punching two people.
