5th Circuit Court of Appeals to expedite its case against mail-order abortion. ADF is suing the Food and Drug Administration for removing the in-person dispensing requirement for the abortion drug mifepristone, as part of the agency’s Risk Evaluation and Mitigation Strategy (REMS).
