Alan Wilson Wins Republican Runoff for South Carolina Governor
Shortly after the polls closed in South Carolina, Decision Desk HQ projected that Attorney General Alan Wilson had won the Republican nomination for Governor of South Carolina. At 72 percent of precincts reporting, the race wasn't even close. Wilson surpassed Lt. Gov. Pam Evette, 67 percent to 32 percent.
