Am I too boring to need an AI Agent
Muse is free and pretty easy to set up, so I thought that was a good place to start on my journey into the dark heart of agentic AI. I haven’t really explored the space much since my misadventure with Clawdbot/Clawbot/OpenClaw back in January. Using an open source AI agent actually felt like magic at first, but I quickly lost interest.

It, also, did end up causing a couple problems with my MacBook that I still deal with months later. That’s what happens when you outsource your brain! You eventually screw things up so catastrophically that you can’t ever fix them. (You will eventually read a sentence like this on a blurry terminal covered in dust in a nuclear wasteland after a rogue AI destroys humanity.)
Excerpt limited to ~120 words for fair-use compliance. The full article is at Garbage Day.
