The meeting of the Andhra Pradesh Capital Region Development Authority (CRDA), chaired by Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu, approved a series of measures aimed at accelerating the development of Amaravati while extending enhanced benefits to land pooling farmers and families affected by infrastructure projects, on Tuesday (July 7, 2026)..On this occasion, Municipal Administration and Urban Development Minister P. Narayana said farmers who newly joined the Land Pooling Scheme (LPS) from June 12, 2024, would receive an annual annuity of ₹40,000 per acre for ten years from the date of surrendering their land.
