It took place in Southampton, England. The Brit police bravely handcuffed a dying 18-year-old student, Henry Nowak, who was white, and then dragged his body on the gravel, despite the young man informing them that he had trouble breathing and that he was dying. As the youngster took his last breaths, the fuzz read him his rights. It gets a lot better, er, I mean worse.
