"Waiting three years to assess draft classes without accounting for how the decision was viewed at the time usually leads to revisionist history."For the Denver Broncos, he likes what he sees. "That Waddle deal also included the Broncos' third-round selection, so their only pick of Day 2 was Tyler Onyedim, chosen despite the availability of Missouri's Chris McClellan (who was picked by the Packers at No. 77) to fill their need for an active, strong defensive lineman to replace departed free agent John Franklin-Myers."...He digs these choices, plus the rest of the draft class, stating, "Linebacker depth was a need for the Broncos and Red Murdock's intensity in the box should absolutely make him relevant even though he was the final pick of the 2026 draft."Grading Denver Broncos' Draft ClassThe Denver Broncos almost made it to the Super Bowl last season, so they really didn't need to do too much to excel in the 2026 NFL draft.
