Yesterday, a man later identified as Juan Luis Estrada carjacked someone in downtown LA and then went on a wild ride in the stolen car, hitting several other cars and injuring more than half a dozen pedestrians. That led to them finding it about 30 minutes later, but the driver refused to pull over.During the pursuit, officers observed the suspect drive with an extreme disregard for public safety.
