Pretty soon, though, teammates found out. Curtis is a 26-year-old rookie tight end. He was signed by the Jets after he went undrafted out of TCU in the spring. Curtis has had an interesting journey to the NFL, with two years of junior college baseball, transitioning from quarterback to wide receiver to tight end and multiple surgeries. It added up to eight years of college, six at TCU.
