Chittoor police launch 'Operation Flush-out' against drugs
The houses of rowdy-sheeters, persons previously arrested in ganja cases and other suspects across the district were checked.Using advanced drug detection kits, police conducted screening tests on 50 persons, none of them tested positive. During the operation, 15 vehicles were seized in YSR Nagar locality of Palamaner town, and two vehicles in Chittoor rural limits for lack of proper documents.In a parallel drive against illegal liquor, police seized 115 bottles of liquor from Chittoor II Town, G.D. Nellore, Gudipala, Kuppam Urban and Ramakuppam police station limits.
