City Cops Launch Citizen Feedback System To Check Delays, Dilution And Cover-Ups In FIRs

Nagpur: In probably the first such move, CP Vishwas Nangre Patil has directed the police control room to contact every complainant after an FIR is filed in the city. The callers from the control room will record complainants' experiences at police stations for every FIR being registered.
