And more recently, ABC shows like The View have shied away from hosting any political candidates at all for risk of upsetting Trump. Carr and the regime at large keep threatening them because it has a demonstrable history of working. They tried the route of appeasement early on and learned the hard way that grovelling subservience just gets them more threats and beatings, not less.
