On Wednesday, he changed his plea to guilty for the felony charges of criminal possession with intent to distribute meth and the amended charge of criminal possession of fentanyl.

During the hearing, Cox admitted that he was a passenger in a vehicle near Bainville on Feb. 10. He admitted that he was given a plastic water bottle that he threw out of the vehicle.
