While the India Meteorological Department (IMD) had initially given a scant rain forecast for most of Andhra Pradesh until July 30, a fresh low pressure system, formed over Bay of Bengal on Saturday, might bring isolated heavy rainfall to the northern part of the State.According to the IMD, the low pressure system intensified into a well-marked low pressure area over northwest Bay of Bengal and adjoining Odisha-West Bengal on Sunday, and further concentrated into a depression.
