Add A Comment In addition to more ASUS motherboards having working sensors with Linux 7.3, this next kernel version will also get several more Lenovo laptop models to be reporting their fan sensor information under Linux. Merged back in Linux 7.1 was the Yogafan driver to support fan speed monitoring across more Lenovo Yoga, Legion, Flex, Slim and IdeaPad laptop models. That Yogafan driver is being extended further in Linux 7.3 to support several additional Lenovo laptop models. The newly-added device support set to arrive for Linux 7.3 includes the IdeaPad 3 15ALC6, Legion Pro 7 16, Yoga Pro 7 14IAH, Yoga 7 16ARP8 and also the XiaoXinPro 13ARE.
