News Posted on July 23, 2026 Posted on July 23, 2026 Froid Council Holds July Meeting The regular meeting of the Froid Town Council was called to order at 6:30 p.m. on July 13 at the Community Center. Mayor Sheri Crain was in attendance, as were council members Gale Strandlund, Tyler Harris and Laurie Young. The council meeting minutes from the June 8 meeting were read aloud and approved. Public works director Alan Engelke was present to provide a report. He has replaced or repaired a few additional curb stops. He placed the large rock painted by Annle Radabah for America’s 250th at the Northern Lights Park. Engelke also reported that it was brought to his attention that nonresidents have been using the tree pile. He also said the in-town lift station generator is st11 having issues.
