Automated resume spammers talking to automated screening systems and everyone having their time wasted. For a while, we had a bounty program that worked, but because of AI it's no longer providing good signal for hiring. Now, it's people who barely even understand what the bounty is asking for pasting it into Claude Code and submitting a PR.
