Shumeka Johnson, 35, has been charged with reckless conduct in connection with the early morning crash outside of Brumby Elementary School in Cobb County, Georgia, on April 22, according to the Cobb Police Department, Fox 5 Atlanta reported. Investigators said Johnson’s 13-year-old daughter was behind the wheel of a 2017 Chrysler Pacifica that was stopped in a school drop-off lane.
