Google Photos Just Made It Way Easier to Securely Export Your Entire Library
Google Photos has introduced Incremental Takeout, making it easier for users to export their photo libraries. After an initial export, new photos will be automatically exported at regular intervals, saving time and storage. Users can customize their export settings, including file type and destination.

Google already lets you export your entire Photos library with Google Takeout. However, that takes a lot of time, data, and storage, so Google is making it easier to move pics at regular intervals.With Incremental Takeout for Photos, you still need to export your entire library initially, but after that, any new photos added to your library will be exported automatically at regular intervals. “This saves you time and storage space,” Google says.To enable this automatic export function, select Google Photos as the only app in your Google Takeout export. An easy way to do that is to click Deselect All at the top of the Takeout page, then select Google Photos. Click Next Step at the bottom to move to the next page, and select the second export option to begin automatic transfers.
