Harvard asks judge to dismiss Trump antisemitism suit
The Department of Justice’s (DOJ) Civil Rights Division filed the lawsuit in March, claiming that Harvard violated Title VI of the Civil Rights Act. Harvard’s lawyers stated in a 49-page motion, filed in the U.S. District Court of Massachusetts in Boston, that the government failed to state a claim under Title IV and “does not even attempt to allege an ongoing or threatened violation of Title VI” in its lawsuit.
