Bharathidasan as the ‘Inquiry Authority’ to go into the alleged irregularities in the appointment of faculty to the Manonmaniam Sundaranar University in Tirunelveli during the academic year 2015-16.The court was hearing the petitions filed by the retired professors of Manonmaniam Sundaranar University.
