Dear Care and Feeding, My husband and I have a 15-year-old daughter, “Kayla,” who is about to complete her freshman year of high school. We recently learned something devastating. Kayla has been the ringleader of a clique of girls who bullied another girl, “Jazz,” so badly that she cut classes for the purpose of avoiding them and now has to attend summer school to advance to the 10th grade.
