The industrials sector remains one of the most overvalued sectors, alongside technology and materials, with transportation and services/distribution also moderately overvalued. The iShares U.S. Industrials ETF (IYJ) underperforms compared to the State Street Industrial Select Sector SPDR ETF (XLI) and is not a pure-play industrials fund based on GICS classification.
