We shouldn't be too surprised about this phenomenon coming around again in Europe, where it seems to be an irrational hate that resurfaces every three or four generations. And, in the Islamic world, hatred of Jews seems to be woven into the culture. Here in the United States, we're seeing a troubling rise in this issue among the increasingly radical political left.
