TL;DR · WeSearch summary

Multiple Apple services, including Apple TV, experienced an outage beginning on September 30, 2026. While third-party monitoring tools indicate the service has recovered, Apple's official status page reports that some users are still affected. The company notes that Apple TV may also be unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, which appears unrelated to the initial outage.

Multiple Apple Services went down late afternoon on September 30, 2026, and Apple TV continues to be unavailable for an unknown number of users. Initially the outage hit Apple Music, Apple Fitness+, the App Store and more as well as Apple TV. Compared to when it went down for the launch of "Pluribus," it was a quiet time for there to be problems, but Apple TV is reportedly still having issues. AppleInsider testing shows it working internationally, and DownDetector says there are no longer any problems.
