Live through others after death by eye, skin, and body donation, says Ramannavar
Ramannavar Charitable Trust, Bailhongal, Mahantesh B. Ramannavar has said that every person above the age of 18 years had the opportunity to pledge for eye donation, body donation and skin donation and live through others even after their death.Speaking at the body donation event of former Syndicate Bank manager Parappa V. Ramannavar said that while eye donation helped in giving eyesight to two persons, skin donation facilitated early recovery of patients suffering from severe burns caused by industrial mishaps and acid attacks.
