Jayson Reed, 33, is charged with four counts of second-degree assault, public urination and other related offenses, the Maryland Transportation Authority Police said in a news release Wednesday evening. Deputies in Wilson County, North Carolina arrested Reed after an investigation by Maryland police and consultation with Baltimore City State’s Attorney’s Office led to a warrant being issued. As reported by TMZ in July, Troy Grevelding was at the M&T Bank Stadium concert in Baltimore with his wife, brother, and 8-year-old niece when a man behind them, whom Grevelding described as belligerent and appearing to be intoxicated, allegedly began urinating.
