Microsoft accidentally rolled out a OneDrive app to everyone's PCs, and there's no simple way to fix it
Microsoft unintentionally deployed the OneDrive Photos app to both personal and enterprise Windows PCs through the OneDrive background sync client. The app was not intended for enterprise machines and cannot be easily removed without uninstalling OneDrive. Microsoft has acknowledged the issue and is developing a tool to address it while assuring users that Windows Photos will retain local and cloud options.
