Newly discovered ancient wasp species named after F1 driver Piastri
A newly discovered species of wasp has been named after Australian Formula 1 driver Oscar Piastri. The wasp, dating back to the time of the dinosaurs, was found preserved in Burmese amber and is called Gwesped Piastrii.
