Dayalane, meanwhile, has issued a release announcing the Assembly Secretariat’s decision to accept the resignation of Mr. Rangasamy from Thattanchavady constituency.Mr. Rangasamy had contested from Thattanchavady and Mangalam constituency. After winning both, the Chief Minister had resigned from the Thattanchavady seat, while retaining the Mangalam constituency. He had submitted the resignation letter to Mr. Dayalane on May 17.
