Maduro made the cut earlier this month along with 38 (more expected) names, including Justin Bieber, John Travolta, Amy Poehler, Josh O’Connor and Olympian Eileen Gu. 8 Maduro appeared blindfolded, wearing soundproof headphones, handcuffed, clasping a plastic bottle of water, wearing a Nike sweatsuit and standing aboard the US Navy’s Iwo Jima on his way to New York.
