A doctor working at the Bidar Institute of Medical Sciences (BRIMS) teaching hospital was allegedly assaulted by a group of persons, said to be relatives of a patient, inside the casualty ward early on Friday.According to an FIR registered at the New Town police station in Bidar, the incident took place around 12.30 a.m. on Friday at the casualty ward of BRIMS hospital.
