Special Passport Mela on May 9; 4,000 appointments to be released in Telangana: RPO Hyderabad

To ease the growing demand for passport services, the Regional Passport Office (RPO), Hyderabad, has announced a special Passport Mela on May 9, during which 4,000 normal passport appointments will be made available across all five Passport Seva Kendras (PSKs) functioning under its jurisdiction.A statement from J. Snehaja, Regional Passport Officer, Hyderabad said the mela is expected to help bring down the current waiting period of 8 to 10 working days for normal passport appointments at PSKs.
