Steam hardware shipper breach leaks customer data, including names and addresses
Valve has announced that a data breach may have exposed the personal information of customers who ordered its Steam hardware in Europe. The breach occurred at CEVA Logistics, Valve's European shipping partner, between July 29th and August 1st. Customers are advised to be cautious of fake messages that may claim to come from Steam, Valve, or a delivery company.
