You tie your trouser legs shut at the ankles, drop in two live ferrets, cinch your belt so they can't climb out the top, and stand in front of the judges for as long as you can bear it. No underwear is allowed — the ferrets have to be able to move freely from one leg to the other — and the animals can't be sedated, nor can their teeth be filed down.
