To be able to offer blood pressure monitoring, pulse wave arrhythmia analysis, beat-by-beat ECG, and arterial stiffness detection in a smartwatch is impressive. The mechanical airbag is a little uncomfortable, and an edge-to-edge display would look better, but considering the D3 is targeted at medical-conscious users, Huawei should be praised for what they’ve created.
