Update: Dominion, NextEra To Merge In Massive All-Stock Deal
Dominion Energy and NextEra Energy have announced a merger in an all-stock deal. The combined entity will have a market capitalization exceeding $249 billion and a rate base of $138 billion. The merger includes provisions for $2.25 billion in bill credits for Dominion's customers over two years.
