Watch yet more classic movies for free on Apple TV
Apple has famously not bought any broadcaster or streamer's library of titles, but from early on it has bought the occasional film. Now following one tranche of titles back in August, Apple TV has added still more, all included in its subscription. Unless you buy out an entire library, then for historical reasons of how films are distributed worldwide, it is extraordinarily complex to acquire the rights to individual titles.
