Workshop on translation under way in Davangere University

A three-day Skill Development Workshop on Translation in Indian Languages (Kannada, Telugu, Urdu) organised by the Department of English, Davangere University, in collaboration with the National Translation Mission, Central Institute of Indian Languages (CIIL), began in Davangere on Tuesday.Inaugurating the workshop, writer and translator Anuradha P.M. spoke on the history of translation elaborating on the nature, scope and challenges of translation.Resource person B.L.
