Xreal unveils new budget line of AR glasses with swappable looks
Xreal has introduced a new budget line of augmented reality glasses called the a01, priced at $299. These glasses will be available in the U.S. starting in July and are designed to compete with other affordable models in the market. While they offer some unique features, they also make certain trade-offs compared to Xreal's more expensive options.
- ▪The a01 glasses are part of a new sub-brand called X by Xreal (xbx).
- ▪They will compete with TCL's RayNeo Air 4 Pro glasses, which also retail for $299.
- ▪The a01 has a narrower field of view of 50 degrees compared to pricier models.
