The District Cyber Crime Wing has arrested a youth from Thoothukudi district for morphing the photograph of a woman in an obscene manner.Police said N. Therisamy, 23, of Sriramapuram near Vaippaar under Vilaaththikulam Taluk in Thoothukudi district met a woman from Paavoorchathram on social media. When she stopped speaking with him, he targetted another woman in the same group.
