An 89-year-old man allegedly opened fire with a shotgun at a Greek social security office in Athens, injuring at least four people, before traveling to the Athens Court of Appeals and firing again. He was later arrested at a hotel in Patras, about 130 miles away, after a manhunt. The suspect reportedly left letters citing pension issues and had a history of psychiatric hospitalization. Authorities say he intended to travel to the European Parliament in Strasbourg.
