Police in Enterprise, Alabama are planning an extensive search of the Coffee County landfill for the remains of 2-year-old Genesis Reid, who is believed to have been killed by her mother on Christmas Day 2025. Her mother, Adrienne Reid, was arrested in March and charged with capital murder and abuse of a corpse after surveillance footage showed her disposing of a duffel bag suspected to contain the child's body.
