Ryan from Ahrefs has developed a new content automation system using Claude Code and 23 custom skill files that generate publish-ready article drafts in six to twelve minutes, significantly reducing the time required for content creation. The system builds on Ahrefs' established editorial processes and is designed for informational SEO content on topics the team already understands well. While the process enables rapid content production, Ahrefs does not plan to scale output dramatically, instead focusing on maintaining a high-quality, evergreen content library.

It used ChatGPT projects and custom GPTs to speed up certain types of content creation from several days to a couple of hours, but still required tons of manual intervention.Now, barely eight months later, I’m sharing our new process.
