DHS Secretary Mullin touts ‘deportations are way up’ of the ‘worst of the worst’ criminals

Deportations of illegal immigrants in the United States have substantially increased compared to totals from 2025. That was one of the achievements Department of Homeland Security Markwayne Mullin discussed during an interview over the weekend about his first 100 days on the job. He touted the increase in deportation numbers while explaining how DHS has focused on removing the “worst of the worst” criminal illegal immigrants in the U.S.“Well, first of all, right now, we’re on a path this year, ‘26, to well surpass what we did in ‘25,” Mullin said in an interview with Breitbart’s Matt Boyle. “Our numbers are, in fact, within probably I’d say probably, within the next six weeks we’ll probably pass what we deported all of ’25, what we’re going to do in ‘26.
