Ente's Legacy Kit Feature
Ente has introduced a new feature called Legacy Kit, designed to help users recover their accounts in case of loss or incapacitation. The kit consists of three recovery sheets, each containing a QR code, and requires two sheets for account recovery. Users can configure a waiting period for recovery attempts and have the option to revoke access if needed.
- ▪Legacy Kit allows users to create up to five kits per account for different recovery scenarios.
- ▪Each recovery sheet can be named and shared separately, and any two of the three sheets are needed to access the account.
- ▪The waiting period for recovery can be set to immediate or up to 30 days, depending on the user's preference.
