Feil’s 7 Penn Plaza to lease three floors to HDR Engineering
HDR Engineering has signed a lease for 74,000 square feet across three full floors at 7 Penn Plaza in New York City. The company is relocating from 500 Seventh Avenue, where it previously occupied 61,000 square feet, at an asking rent of $70 per square foot. The new lease brings 7 Penn Plaza to 90% occupancy, following other recent leasing activity in the Feil Organization’s portfolio.
