I trained a matchbox-poster LoRA on FLUX.2 — running 24/7, generating ~2,880 unique animals/day

Setup that's been running solid for ~a week: **LoRA:** rank 32, alpha 64, attention-only target modules (to_q/k/v/out + to_qkv_mlp_proj).
