Setup that's been running solid for ~a week: **LoRA:** rank 32, alpha 64, attention-only target modules (to_q/k/v/out + to_qkv_mlp_proj). Trained on a few hundred Soviet matchbox label scans (public domain). ~50MB adapter. **Pipeline (two-pass sandwich):** - Pass 1: LoRA t2i, 22 steps, lora_scale=2.0 → strong matchbox stylization - Pass 2: pure FLUX img2img, strength=0.9, steps=31, n_partial=28 → kills LoRA artifacts, preserves composition End-to-end ~14s on a 3090.
