The Chief Electoral Officer (CEO), Kerala, is reported to have concluded that there had been no violation of rules over the recent opening of a polling material room by the returning officer (RO) for the Perambra Assembly constituency at the JDT Islam Education Complex, where electronic voting machines (EVMs) for eight segments in Kozhikode district are kept.
